Vendor Managed Inventory

With our Inventory Managnement program, our methodology is simple; we make it easy on you to procure your needed operational parts while eliminating unnecessary waiting and down time. Here is how we do it:

Identifying Products: This begins by cleaning up your stocked material. We continually organize and reorganize your inventory so that you know and we know exactly what you have, eliminating the chances of overstocking.

Place Order: Items are scanned onsite, ensuring accuracy, by Great Western Supply Inventory Management Specialists. The order is then sent electronically to our office.

Order Approval: A quote of the items scanned is e-mailed to you for your approval. Orders can be modified upon request. That way you know what product you are getting prior to delivery.

Providing Dedicated Customer Service: Our Inventory Management Specialists handle product inquiries, returns, order expediting, and tool repairs.

Delivery: Your Inventory Management Specialist will personally deliver and put away your ordered items.
